Group Classes

Minimum age for taking classes is 18 years old (some music may be explicit)


This class is a Fusion of our signature LIT (Dance Fitness) class "Fuzed" together with light weights and/or resistance band work.  By adding weight resistance to the mix you are sure to sculpt and tone those hard to reach areas and add deifinition to your muscles one beat at a time.  It's so much fun you will forget you're working out!

This is a low impact class set to upbeat music designed to work your core, abs and lower back. If you are looking for washboard abs and a strong core, this is the class for you. Utilizing free weights, body weight and the stability ball, this class will challenge you to your "Core" and "SINGE" those calories away!

Based on the Tabata format (8 rounds of - 20 seconds on - 1O off) this is one of the most effective types of high intensity trainings. With simple, yet intense exercises, each class is sure to "Torch" away calories and leave you feeling stronger by the Tabata second!

Tired of falling asleep in your Yoga class? Try our signature Glow Class! Strengthen your body in this non-impact total body class focused on flexibility, strength, coordination and balance. Set to upbeat music, par­ticipants will move through various Yoga poses in order to build strength and flexibility. You will leave smiling and "GLOWing" from ear to ear!

Buti Glow

This practice is a high-intensity fusion of yoga asanas, tribal dance, and plyometrics. Classes combine cardio, strength training and flexibility in one seamless format. In, Marathi, the language spoken in parts of western India, buti means "a secret remedy or cure."

Meet Me At The Barre

This Ballet Barre class is a fun and empowering class set to today's hot­test music. Classes begin with a warm up focusing on postural strength and alignment, followed by a series of upper body exercises using light weights. The Ballet Barre is used to sculpt the lower body, abs and for flexibility training.
