Retro Step

Sweat it out to the oldies in this high energy step class.  This class is a highly choreographed aerobic workout using the bench.  If you liked it in the "back then" you'll love it now! Come sweat it out and see for yourself what you missed in the 80's/90's!


This class is a blend of Pilates, Yoga, Buti Yoga and stretch.  The first 1/2 of class you will be taken through 25 Minutes of a HIIT style workout consisting of high intensity moves for 40 seconds followed by low intensity moves for 20 seconds.  It is sure to get your heart rate pounding and the sweat dripping. The second half of class focuses on muscle lengthening and flexibility.  A great class for anyone who would like to burn some calories, increase their strength and regain (or gain) flexibility.

Designed to define and tone every muscle in your body, the focus of this class is to improve muscular strength and endurance.  Be prepared to lift, shift, push and pull in a variety of positions in order to build definition at every angle.  This resistance training ONLY workout results in stronger bones, better posture, improved balance and more movement confidence.  Don't be fooled....You WILL sweat!


This class is a Fusion of our signature LIT (Dance Fitness) class "Fuzed" together with light weights and/or resistance band work.  By adding weight resistance to the mix you are sure to sculpt and tone those hard to reach areas and add deifinition to your muscles one beat at a time.  It's so much fun you will forget you're working out!

This is a low impact class set to upbeat music designed to work your core, abs and lower back. If you are looking for washboard abs and a strong core, this is the class for you. Utilizing free weights, body weight and the stability ball, this class will challenge you to your "Core" and "SINGE" those calories away!

Based on the Tabata format (8 rounds of - 20 seconds on - 1O off) this is one of the most effective types of high intensity trainings. With simple, yet intense exercises, each class is sure to "Torch" away calories and leave you feeling stronger by the Tabata second!

Meet Me At The Barre

This Ballet Barre class is a fun and empowering class set to today's hot­test music. Classes begin with a warm up focusing on postural strength and alignment, followed by a series of upper body exercises using light weights. The Ballet Barre is used to sculpt the lower body, abs and for flexibility training.
