STEP AND STRENGTH

Take yourself back to the 80's with our Step and Strength class.  No hard step choreography and no step experience is required.  This is just a basic, easy to follow step class, that will incorporate 20 mins of step to help maximize fat burn, strengthen the heart and improve lung capacity with a 20 minute strength element utilizing weights to help sculpt and tone your body.   

 

Lit

Come "light" up the dance floor with this high energy cardio dance class. Experience the fun and forget the workout with the latest Top 40 music and easy to follow dance moves! This class will sure to keep you smiling all while burning those calories! It's more like a party than a workout, it's "LIT"! You won't want to miss it!

Singe

This is a low impact class set to upbeat music designed to work your core, abs and lower back. If you are looking for washboard abs and a strong core, this is the class for you. Utilizing free weights, body weight and the stability ball, this class will challenge you to your "Core" and "SINGE" those calories away!

Torch

Based on the Tabata format (8 rounds of - 20 seconds on - 1O off) this is one of the most effective types of high intensity trainings. With simple, yet intense exercises, each class is sure to "Torch" away calories and leave you feeling stronger by the Tabata second!

Tone And Burn

Set to upbeat and energetic music, this class will strengthen, lengthen and lean out your muscles. This is a low impact class using light weights, resistance bands and/or stability balls that will sculpt and "Tone And Burn" your entire body.

Meet Me At The Barre

This Ballet Barre class is a fun and empowering class set to today's hot­test music. Classes begin with a warm up focusing on postural strength and alignment, followed by a series of upper body exercises using light weights. The Ballet Barre is used to sculpt the lower body, abs and for flexibility training.
